At Embassy London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique footwear; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
